I had a whole-house generator installed in the Fall of 2018 and, after a couple of Internet challenges, got it hooked... up to the Mobile Link app on my phone. Things were fine until I recently updated my Spectrum router to a higher speed. Getting my Mobile Link synched up again was a real challenge. But with the excellent help from Mimi Henriquez, who personally saw that I was hooked up and satisfied, my Mobile Link app is operational once again.
