He explained the issue and got everything hooked up to internet etc. I can’t tell you how important it is when you experience a problem and you have a person show up wanting to help and has a smile on his face and it was so hot out too. "If I could give 4 1/2 stars I would but I don't want their poor scheduling staff's service reduce my rating to 4 stars. Their techs were superior and the results were excellent. Suncoast replaced my two 200 amp service panels, installed 2 transfer switches and disconnects and replaced my old 20kw onan generator with a kohler 38kw generator. The work was completed efficiently and neatly. Crews were fully staffed to complete all of the work with little disruption. My only problem with their scheduling organization started at the very beginning when the original project schedule was not accurate. Because all of the equipment didn't arrive the work had to be rescheduled anyway. I was offended when I was asked to repeat the schedule to the woman as though I was a child. I also found myself challenging the information she provided me. Once the work was rescheduled I received text and email notification of crew arrival less than 24 hours notice. When the installation was completed I waited 4 days for notification that the startup person was scheduled. On the 4th day I called and spoke to a scheduling person who looked my project up and commented that she sees that my project is completed. She then scheduled the startup person 2 weeks out. I don't understand why I need to wait an additional 2 weeks since this startup should have already been scheduled immediately after the installation was completed. Had I not called them Im not sure when they would have scheduled the startup person to come out. 4/22/26 update. Two weeks after the installation work was completed the startup team arrived to start the generator. This team was very thorough in validating proper installation and generator startup readiness prior to starting the generator for the first time. They ran a series of tests, including transfer operation. They concluded by offering me training and downloading the application to monitor the system. The 2 week delay in this team's arrival was caused by their project planning and scheduling department. When I called 4 days after the installation was completed their scheduler wasn't even aware that my installation was completed until I told her. It was then that she scheduled the startup team .. 1 1/2 weeks from our conversation. Suncoast Power Solutions.. it's unfortunate that this back office administration function tainted an overall excellent experience with your technical staff."

"I had Derek and Al perform my annual maintenance. They were fantastic. Very professional and extremely safety conscious. They explain everything they were servicing made recommendations and provided great advice. They even pointed out some stuff That Duke Energy needs to address. Exceptional workers and a great company. Have recommend friends to them and they are signing up."
