Ethan and Milton were professional, polite, and efficient. However, scheduling was a problem but tech called office and straightened it out with office and all was fine. We are in a building that has 4 townhomes. Three townhouses in a row were having Suncoast generators maintenance but scheduling had techs do one maintenance, then leave to go to another job, then drive back for 2nd maintenance, go to another job, drive back here for 3rd job. Scheduling needs to do map quest to see location of jobs!
